A6: Our engineer will analyze the failure and find out the failure cause according to the failed products pictures or the rejected samples from clients. We will compensate a new batch of LED products to you as fast as we could and send them to you if the failure caused by Lanjin.
Our led products are produced in strict quality control system and we will do the inspection before shipment, so the defective rate will be more less than others.
